NEXT Pittsburgh Discovers Maple Magic at Eden Hall Campus
One of our favorite traditions at Chatham University’s Eden Hall Campus is the yearly tapping of our sugar maple trees to produce delicious maple syrup. Director of Sustainable Agriculture Laura Livingston and Farm Manager Indira Alcantara shared the experience with Boaz Frankel of NEXT Pittsburgh’s “Yinzer Backstage Pass”.
